Vortex mod manager stopped downloading

This is a really weird problem and i need help. On steam i had 3. That's why I purchased a premium membership. But even in the premium state, Neither the download speed nor the number of downloads has improved. Do I need to set anything when downloading in the premium state?

I confirmed that I was in the premium status in my profile. Today it is capped. I am still premium. What is the problem? I had no issues with mods under MB? Please if by any chance this can be solved, I would like it to be treated asap. It's all over the place speed-wise.

I wish there was some way to check the Vortex servers to see what's going on. Are the servers having issues right now? I'd love to keep using Vortex as I absolutely love how user-friendly it is, but I'm tempted to stop using it because of how awful the download speeds are. Sometimes goes down to 0 and stays there for a few seconds.

I'll watch a guide but just a quick question before, do I need to uninstall skyrim, nexus, and all my loaded mods to prevent any dilemmas or malfunctions? That is a good question. I do know there is a way to do it in Vortex though. I guess my advice would be as follows.

If you have a long term game going on, I wouldn't change at all. Part of the problem is that NMM has been known to leave files behind after you uninstall mods. Also, both Vortex and MO2 install mods in a different manner.

In MO2 you do not overwrite any files when you install, so there is a chance that your mods may work differently and that would be a bad thing on a long term game. Once you do make the change though I would think that a clean install of Skyrim is a good idea.
